Noynoy for President signature campaign

MANILA - Women sign up under a yellow umbrella to join an ongoing signature drive to support the "Noynoy for President" movement. Senator Noynoy Aquino, son of the late Cory Aquino and former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. is being urged by civic groups to run for president in 2009. The drive hopes to gather at least one million signatures - similar to the 1986 signature drive which launched the late Cory's bid for the presidency. This signature drive was outside the Baclaran Church, August 23, 2009. [Photo by Edwin Calubag/Manila].
